With large parts of the working population settling into remote working structures this week, we want to keep helping you stay productive here at Talla. To support our earlier posts, we wanted to share some more information around using technology to collaborate and produce even as your team is spread remotely or working from home.
We wouldn't be true to our mission if we we didn't remind you to invest in your knowledge infrastructure - and check out Talla for sharing knowledge across your organization or with customers.
The great thing about using the Talla platform is that your team experts need only answer a question once. It works while teams sleep or are short-staffed and Talla gets smarter as time and usage accrue.
Sometimes your team will need to sketch out ideas. Zoom has whiteboard functionality. There's also Figma, Google Jamboard, InvisionApp and yes -- even Google Sheets where you can work on ideas. Use Kan Ban technology like Trello to move and assign tasks. Another low-tech solution is to, in some cases, switch some of your workers to help build your knowledge base and FAQ documentation.
Also, this might seem counter-intuitive during extraordinary times, but try to maintain culture, especially the willingness to share and help. Try to keep your business processes humane and empathetic.
If you use this time to figure out the best way to work collaboratively, your organization could benefit in the long term by having a more connected workforce.
Stay safe, healthy and productive.
